No. Customers scan a QR code with their phone — that is it. Everything that follows (joining a queue, checking position, receiving updates, making payments) works directly in the browser, via SMS, WhatsApp, or as an Apple Wallet / Google Wallet pass on their lock screen.
Customers scan a QR code at your entrance or on a TV display. They enter their first name and phone number, and they are placed in the queue in real time. They can wait wherever they want. When it is their turn, they get an instant notification on the channel they prefer.
Most businesses go live in under ten minutes. Create an account, name your location, print your QR code, and you are ready. No hardware or integration is required to start — you can add a TV broadcast display or the staff app afterwards.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard, with no hidden fees. If you downgrade, the change applies at the next billing cycle.
The free trial lasts 7 days. A card is required to start it, but you are not charged during the trial. When it ends, the plan you chose begins automatically unless you cancel first — and you can cancel anytime. If you cancel, your data is kept for 30 days in case you return.
Starter includes 200 SMS per month, Professional 1,000, and Enterprise 3,000 (adjustable). If you need more, you can top up directly from your dashboard. Notifications sent via WhatsApp, email or Wallet pass do not count against the SMS quota.

Yes. Noubty is GDPR compliant and your data is hosted in the European Union. We collect the minimum required to manage the queue — typically a first name and phone number — and customers can request data deletion at any time.
Yes. The Professional plan supports up to five locations and Enterprise is unlimited. Each location has its own queue, menu, bookings and settings, but you manage everything from one unified dashboard with role-based staff access.
Yes. Every queue entry can be delivered as an Apple Wallet or Google Wallet pass. Customers see their position and estimated wait time on their lock screen and receive live updates — no app to install.
Yes. You can send targeted campaigns by SMS, WhatsApp or email to your existing customer base — for example, promoting slow hours, new arrivals or loyalty rewards. Targeting is based on visit history, plan, and loyalty tier.
No. A printed QR code and any smartphone, tablet or computer with a browser is enough to get started. Optionally, you can plug a TV into HDMI and use Noubty's broadcast mode to display the live queue and QR code on screen.
