Yes. When creating a staff code, you can assign it to a specific location. That staff member will only see and manage the queue, bookings, and orders for that location. Leave it unassigned for access to all locations.
Smart Call Next looks at the queue and finds the best match based on service preference (terrace, inside, bar, etc.) and group size filters. It automatically calls the next appropriate customer and sends them an SMS notification.
The staff app is currently available for Android. iOS support is on our roadmap. In the meantime, managers and staff can use the web dashboard on any device including iPhone and iPad.
Very secure. Access codes are validated server-side with encrypted sessions. There's rate limiting on login attempts, and all operations are verified at the database level. Codes can be deactivated instantly from the dashboard.
